Upon receipt of your request or inquiry regarding the processing of personal data, we undertake to provide you with a response and to perform the actions specified in the request or to inform you why we refuse to do so within 1 month from the date of the request. If necessary, the specified period may be extended by a further 2 months, depending on the complexity and number of applications. In this case, we will notify you of such an extension within 1 month of receiving the request.
